What’s different about the LeadWell Workshop?
We feel the combined use of assessment tools and dialogue will provide participants a unique opportunity for self-learning and advancement.
How will this be achieved?
Through use of a form of the 360 Review, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Global Competencies Inventory, and the Intercultural Effectiveness Scale the assessment phase will enable the participant to better understand “why” they interact with people. To aid in understanding “how” those interactions come about participants will be instructed in leadership theory and practicum as well as participate in the Social Skills Index assessment tool. The LeadWell Workshop will cover a period of four days and be limited to thirteen participants.
What is the goal of the LeadWell Workshop?
In a single word: Wholeness. Our belief is that when leaders know and understand the narrative of their life they’re in the best place to exert influence as well as lead the enterprise of another.
